Nicole, a Columbia local for over 17 years, brings a family background in homebuilding and a passion for real estate to our team. With a BA in Elementary Education from Columbia College, Nicole combines her nurturing approach to education with her real estate experience to help guide our clients through the process of selling their homes.

Since diving into real estate in 2016, Nicole has excelled as a Listing Coordinator. She expertly navigates the complexities of preparing properties for sale, from detailed measurements and data collection to ensuring homes are showcased beautifully through professional photography. Her attention to detail and keen sense of home values make her a valuable asset to Bev & Co. Outside of her professional pursuits, Nicole and her husband, Eric, are proud parents to three wonderful children.
